2021: The Pivot to Strategy
Stopped competing on price. Started offering "Solution Consulting." Rates jumped from $15/hr to $65/hr.
2023: Systems & Retainers
Built a workflow that turned one-time projects into $3,000/mo retainers. Hit the $100K annual revenue milestone.
2025: Paying it Forward
Launched Happy Freelancer to document everything I learned, so you don't have to make the same mistakes I did.
The Result
Today, I work 25 hours a week with 3 long-term partners, earning more than my previous corporate head of department role ever offered.
